My birth name is Michael Denney. The spiritual name
I was given is "Shabd." It is an ancient Sanskrit
word which means "The Universal Sound Current which
destroys Illusion and unites with the Soul with
Divine Truth." I have almost 30 years experience as
a spiritual teacher in Christian, Hindu, Taoist,
African and other teachings. I am a syncretic
spiritual teacher which means that I seek to
integrate various spiritual traditions from around
the world. It is my belief that God is in every
person and every culture. As your minister, I will
seek to help you express your unique spiritual
personality.
